This program is designed to positively impact the lives of women and girls in Costa Rica, especially those facing vulnerability. Through collaboration with organizations like MUSADE, Albergue Las Chicas, and Mujeres de Cambio, volunteers contribute to the personal and professional development of beneficiaries. The mission is clear: to provide quality education, promote gender equality, and achieve autonomous economic growth, aligned with the UN SDGs. Activities range from planning educational workshops to teaching English, always aiming to reduce inequalities and provide a solid foundation for the future of these extraordinary women.

- Promote physical and mental well-being through group dynamics, yoga, and sports.
Jornada típica
9:00: Start the day with a meeting and activity planning.
10:00: Conduct workshops on personal development and productive skills.
12:00: Lunch and sharing experiences with the group.
13:00: English classes or recreational activities.
15:00: Provide psychosocial support and individual counseling.
16:30: End of activities and daily evaluation.
